Each order is processed as quickly as possible but sometimes as most of our items are personalised there may be a delay if we need to wait for an item to arrive but we will always notify you if we think your items may take longer to despatch.

Order Tracking
Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order.
Delays
You will receive notification by email when your order has been dispatched with tracking information
Once dispatched, we cannot control the delivery timescales of Royal Mail or our couriers, if your order does not arrive when expected we urge you to wait a few more days in case your order has been delayed.
Cancellations
Typically, we do not accept cancellations as all of our items are personalised and made to order. If you get in touch with us as soon as you can by emailing us at info@lovepampercompany.co.uk then we can see if your order has started the design process. If we haven't started then we will of course cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. However, if the process has started then we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to let us know that you would like to return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase
To be eligible to return your item to us, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition that you received it
- in the original packaging
If your purchase is eligible for return you must do this within 14 days of the return being agreed.
If 28 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Faults
n the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged or faulty we ask you contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please contact us with details of the fault along with photographic evidence. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If we ask you to return the faulty item to us we will process the refund and send you a return label.
You must return the item to us within 14 days
Once we receive the item, we will inspect the fault. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
We do not take any responsibility for washing and ironing of garments, these are at your own risk.No refunds will be given if washed or ironed or worn
Errors
Correct spellings are the responsibility of the customer and as such, returns and refunds will only be accepted and given if it was a mis-spelling or error on our part.
If the customer has made a mistake, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
Any errors or mistakes on our part must be reported to us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please email us at info@lovepampercompany.co.uk quoting your order number, name and address and details of the product and the fault and photographic evidence of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
After this period, goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the client.
Any errors or mistakes made by us will be corrected free of charge if the error has been reported within 14 days as above.
If we ask you to return the faulty item to us we will process the refund and send you a return label.

Damage in Transit
We work very closely with our packaging suppliers and couriers to ensure that all parcels are received safely. However, on the very rare occasion may be damaged or missing, we are more than happy to provide a replacement for you once we receive photographic evidence of damaged products or confirmation from couriers of missing items.
Any issues with your order must be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@lovepampercompany.co.uk as we need to liaise with the delivery company as soon as possible
