Thank you for choosing Love Pamper Company for your upcoming pamper experience! To ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, please read the following carefully and prepare accordingly.

📄 Important Documents​

Please read, understand, and print enough copies of the following documents:

• Health Treatment Consultation Form
  You can either:

  • Print the attached version

  • Or complete the online form here: Client Consultation Form | Love Pamper Company
    If you complete the online version, please inform your therapist and highlight any health concerns you’ve ticked.
    All completed forms must be handed to the therapists upon arrival.

• Treatment Schedule
  Print a copy to keep everyone organised and on time.
  ⏰ Late arrivals will result in shorter treatments, as therapists cannot extend their stay beyond the scheduled finish time.

 

🚗 Therapist Arrival & Parking

• Therapists will arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up.

• Ensure the contact number listed on the schedule is available on the day.

• Please be at the venue and ready for their arrival.

• Kindly reserve a parking space close to the venue for therapists to unload equipment easily.

💅 Nail Treatment Preparation

• Remove all nail polish before your appointment.
  Gel polish or dark colours may reduce treatment time.
  Therapists do not carry gel removal tools or lotions, so polish can only be applied over existing gel if not removed.

🪑 Setup Requirements for Manicures & Pedicures

Please provide:

• 1 table and 2 chairs per therapist

• Access to hot and cold water

• A nearby plug socket

🔐 Venue Access & Restrictions

On arrival, please contact your therapist directly (mobile numbers are on the forms) to:

• Share any parking restrictions

• Provide gate codes or access instructions

⚠️ Failure to do so may cause delays and reduce your overall pamper session time, as therapists are booked for specific time slots.
