This laid-back restaurant features a Sri Lankan style menu, chilled seating and brick-accented interior. For somewhere with more spice, Paparrito’s is a Mexican restaurant with stunning low prices. That means all the girls can enjoy some tasty dishes during the weekend without having to break the bank!

 

If you’re searching for a high-quality meal that will wow the bride to be, there’s plenty of places to eat in Cheltenham. The one-stop shop for impressive eats is Le Champignon Sauvage. This Michelin star restaurant is a little outside the town centre, but worth the extra journey for incredible French food at luxury prices. However if French food isn’t your favourite, you can get scrumptious dishes over at Kibou Sushi on Regent Street. And if all else fails or you need a drunken burger, there’s two different McDonalds dotted around Cheltenham for all your late night eats!

As a town, Cheltenham dates way back to the dark ages! This means there’s a ton of juicy pubs and local taverns to drink and be merry in. If your bride to be is a lover of dark wood and original features, we highly suggest you add The Vine on the High Street to your last night of freedom. With the appearance of a traditional London pub, you’ll spot this pub from a mile off with the red brick and aged green tiles on the exterior. This is also the place to be for real ales! Speaking of dark wood, The Retreat is the place to head for all your wine tasting needs. This quaint wine bar boasts high ceilings with a French style and stocks a huge variety of different (especially red) wines.

Bars

Cheltenham’s strongest element when it comes to nightlife for a party in bars. There’s a variety of bars to choose from with ranging prices to fit every budget. To start, one place that’s always buzzing with locals ready to party is The Clarence Social named after the road it sits on – The Clarence Parade. The stylish ground floor turns into a lively bar during the evening, with a not so secret bar underneath in the basement. Right next door to The Clarence Social you can find the world-renowned Yates bar. You can find Yates’ all over the UK, and they’re the go to for cheap drinks deals, cocktail pitchers and starting off the night.

Similar to Yates, you can find a familiar face across the road at Revolution bar. This particular venue has taken the UK by storm with dozens of locations offering unique cocktails and strong flavours including their own curated vodka flavours. Top tip – invest in a shot stick for the bride to be! For a nightlife hotspot that’s native to Cheltenham, try The Apartment Bar which oozes class and sophistication. This bar offers interesting cocktails, low lighting and even a mini dance floor if you want to get your groove on! Similar to this, Bentley’s bar is just around the corner but offers a more relaxed atmosphere with casual seating and modern décor.
