To ensure that you can enjoy your pamper session, please make sure that you have read and understood the following:

 

Love Pamper Company Health Declaration – see attached version for printing or complete the online version - link provided in booking email.

 

Your therapist will let you know if she has reviewed your online health declaration and if she needs to discuss any areas further.

 

For all consultation forms completed on the day, please give to the therapists upon arrival.

 

Love Pamper Company schedule - please print a copy to ensure that treatments run to the scheduled times. Therapists cannot stay at the venue longer than expected, therefore if anyone arrives late to their treatment, the time allocated will reflect this. The therapists will arrive approximately 15-30 minutes before treatments commence. This will enable time for set up.

 

Please make sure that the contact number on the schedule is available on the day and that all guests having treatments are ready for the therapists arrival.

 

Due to transporting equipment, we ask that guests allocate a car parking space for the therapists to park and unload their car on the day.

 

On arrival please contact the Therapists (contact details provided on Schedule) to inform them of any parking restrictions, gate codes, access information etc.

 

If there are any delays on the day due to therapists not being informed, It will affect the total duration of the pamper session time.

 

Nail Treatments Please remove all polish, if any remaining gel polish or dark colour is left on the nails, this will affect the treatment time and the therapist may not be able to offer the full service. Therapists do not take any gel removal lotions or tools with them, therefore polish can only be applied over the top of any residual gel polish.

 

For nail treatments, you will need to provide a table and two chairs. The therapist will require access to hot and cold water and a plug socket.
