Cancellation policy

Once a booking form has been accepted or Client contract issued, cancellations will incur the following charges:

Cancellations made with 7 days notice or more – 100% refund excluding deposit
Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice – 50% refund excluding deposit

Cancellation of Individual Treatment/Service with less than 7 days notice - no refund. It is recommended that the treatment/Service is shared between other Individuals.

Love Pamper Company  reserves the right to cancel the provision of the Service without notice in case of the illness of a Freelance Therapist/ Affiliate or other circumstances beyond its control. Love Pamper Company shall make reasonable attempts not to cancel the Service but the Client acknowledges that it may not be possible for an alternative therapist to attend the Booking.


In this circumstance the Client will be offered an alternative day or a full refund will be issued.

Any refunds due will be repaid back to the original payment method within 10 days of the cancellation date.

Due to the current situation that we are facing we have introduced flexible deposits, this means that if there is a cancellation with the holiday accommodation we will hold the deposit until the group can rearrange a future date within a 12 month timescale.

The deposit can then be used against the alternative date with the group, as deposits are based at £10.00 per person this will only be used to accommodate the group size previously booked.

To now minimize cross contamination, we are now using electronic consultation forms, these need to be completed atleast 48 hours prior to treatments
